Caliper UI Pro Licence

Pro parts are paid. Buying Pro or Team lets you build them into your own products. You may not resell them as a kit. That is the whole idea; the details follow.

You may

• Use and change Pro parts in any number of products: apps, websites, internal tools and SaaS, for yourself, your employer or your clients, commercial or not.
• Hand a finished product to a client. They can run and change that product, but they do not get a licence to use Pro parts elsewhere.
• Keep the version you have forever. Updates are included while Caliper UI publishes them.

Seats

• Pro is one developer. Team is up to five; move a seat when someone leaves.
• Anyone who works with the Pro source needs a seat. People who only use the finished product do not.
• Keep your access token to yourself.

You may not

• Resell, share or give away Pro parts, on their own or as a UI kit, template, theme, starter or anything else that competes with Caliper UI.
• Publish Pro source where others can copy it, such as a public repository or package.
• Use Pro parts to train AI models.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of buying, no questions asked. A refund ends the licence.

If the terms are broken

If you break these terms and do not fix it within 14 days of being told, the licence ends and you stop using Pro parts. Products already delivered to clients may keep running.

No warranty

Pro parts are provided as they are, without warranty. Our liability is limited to what you paid.
