Terms of service.

These terms cover your use of the Caliper UI website, documentation, component registry, MCP server and accounts (the "Service"), provided by Caliper UI. The licence covers what you may do with the components themselves. By using the Service you agree to both.

Accounts

• Sign in with an email address you control. One account is for one person.
• Keep your access tokens secret. Anything done with your token counts as done by you; revoke a token as soon as you think it has leaked.
• We may suspend an account that shares Pro access beyond its seats, scrapes or republishes Pro source, or attacks the Service.

Buying Pro or Team

• Checkout is run by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, which charges you, handles tax and issues your receipt under its own terms.
• Pro and Team are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
• You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying. A refund ends the licence, as the licence describes.

Using the Service

• Do not try to get around access control, overload the registry or MCP server, or use automated tools to copy Pro materials.
• Free components and docs are public. You may link to them, quote them and use them under their licence.
• Report security problems to support@caliperui.site. Please give us a reasonable time to fix them before telling others.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or remove features. Code you have already installed keeps working whatever happens to the Service.

Warranty and liability

The Service and the components are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim about the Service or the components is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end these terms for a serious breach after telling you why. Sections on warranty, liability and the licence survive.
